Recruitment Requirements

Everyone is welcome to work for Revolution Caring 24/7 Limited as long as one would be prepared to uphold our motto that is to always provide ‘Guaranteed Quality Care at its Best.

If you are prepared to join the Team, we would then require the following from you:

  • Your valid passport (ID and proof of eligibility to work in the UK)
  • Passport size photograph
  • All certificates related to Care Work, if you have done Care Work before
  • Full names of two references that are work related with you. Friends or relatives are not accepted. We would also want to see their full postal details including telephone numbers
  • National Insurance number
  • Full Bank Account details
  • Gas/Electricity/Water/Telephone Bill etc, as proof of address. These have to be less than 3 months old
  • For those that will be working in Nursing Care Homes, you would also be expected to be Immunised or Vaccine for Tetanus, Diphtheria, Rubella, Poliomyelitis, Hepatitis B, and Tuberculosis BCG. We would also want to see the certificates. If there are any problems, consult your GP for assistance.
  • You would also be CRB checked. However, if you have a CRB copy that is less than a year old, you can use that while waiting to be disclosed with Revolution Caring 24/7 Limited.

Training

Revolution Caring 24/7 Limited provides a comprehensive Induction to Care Training. We pride ourselves in flexible approaches and high standards. Where necessary, we also use Case Studies and DVDs to fully illustrate subject content. Amongst other things, our training covers the following topics:

  • Principles of person-centred care
  • Infection Control
  • Dementia Awareness
  • Protection of Vulnerable Adults
  • COSHH
  • RIDDOR
  • Fire Safety
  • Infection Control
  • Handling Violence and Aggression
  • Lone Working
  • Handling Patient Information
  • Complaints Handling
  • Moving and Handling Operations Regulations
  • Safe and Unsafe Practices
  • Principles of Hoisting

The Process

All staff members are required to personally complete a registration form and any related assessment forms.

A face to face interview will be conducted, to assess your skills, experience, and personality.

We would need to see original documents, as evidence of identity, qualification, and fully verified.

Depending with your qualification level, a full induction will be given explaining Revolution Caring 24/7 Limiteds policies, procedures and expectations.
